Liberty London Celeste Face Mask
Maimie's multi layer, Liberty London silk face masks are here to give you protection, comfort but also a touch of glamour … still important to be chic self-distancing, non?
The outer layer is Liberty London's finest 100% silk, the lining is 100% cotton - as this fabric combo actually filters out aerosol particles, making these masks nearly as effective (but not quite) as N95 PPE masks. Interestingly, the success of silk & cotton layering was recently reported by researchers from The University of Chicago as an effective fabric combination for the prevention of germ spread.
The masks are pleated for extra “give” so you’re covered but they are not claustrophobic. Featuring a silk covered elastic headband to fit snugly around the head, and loose ties at the bottom - so you can adjust for your comfort.
This is not a medical mask, it is not intended to replace PPE. It is personal use item and cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
For hygiene reasons this mask is not returnable.
WASHING & CARE
We recommend hand washing your mask using a ‘delicates’ detergent in warm water. Dry in a cool, clean place and seal in plastic once dry.

We offer free delivery on all orders over £100 outside of the UK and EU. Please allow 5-7 working days for your order to arrive.
RETURNS
We understand that from time to time you may wish to return a product to us.
We have a 30-day returns policy to enable you to return products to us in appropriate circumstances.
The 30 day returns policy applies irrespective of your geographical location.
This policy does not affect any statutory rights you may have such as consumer rights under the Consumer Protection Distance Selling Regulations 2000.
FREE UK RETURNS
We offer a free 30 day UK return on products purchased on the website. Please contact us at hello@ofthebea.com with your order number delivery address and contact details to receive a free returns slip with a list of your local depots.
(a) we receive the returned product within 30 days following the date of delivery of the product;
(b) the returned product is unused, in its original packaging, with any labels still attached, and otherwise in a condition enabling us to sell the product as new.
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
All international orders come with 30 day return on any product purchased on the website. Please send all international returns to the following address:

(a) we receive the returned product within 30 days following the date of delivery of the product;

EXCHANGES
Should you wish to exchange your product, you will be entitled to free UK shipping to return the item to us, only if this item has been purchased up to 30 days prior to returning them for an exchange. Upon receipt, a quality check will be carried out and you will be contacted. Terms:
(a) we receive the returned product within 30 days following the date of delivery of the product;
(b) the returned product is unused, in its original unopened packaging, with any labels still attached, and otherwise in a condition enabling us to sell the product as new;
(c) you comply with the returns procedure set out below; and
(d) none of the exclusions set out below apply.
(e) you pay the difference if you exchange for a product with more value
(f) we will refund you difference if you exchange for a product with less value

REFUNDS
We will give you a refund for the full price of any product properly returned by you in accordance with our terms of returns policy pertaining to UK and International orders respectively.
We will refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase.
We will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any event, within 30 days following the day we received your returned product and after it has gone through a quality check.
