Jess Collett Milliner

Jess’ first hat party was at the age of seven. From an early age, when dressing up, a hat would give her the confidence to be the person she wanted to be; for her an outfit wasn’t complete without the hat. With a mother who was a dressmaker and an upholsterer, it was natural for Jess to be able to create what was in her mind.

Today, after 25 years working as a couture milliner for the fashion elite, Jess wants to bring the enjoyment of the bespoke experience to everyday wear. JCM is Collett’s diffusion line which showcases beautifully crafted hats with cutting-edge designs for the sleek, sophisticated and modern woman.
